Can I import my own scenarios or course plans?
Absolutely. You can start from your existing content (course outline, learning scenario) and let the AI generate the adapted assessment.
Can I customize the content and tests generated by the AI?
Yes, you remain in full control: you can edit, add, or remove questions and adjust evaluation criteria before publishing your tests.
Are my assessments saved and reusable?
All your tests and programs are stored in your workspace. You can reuse, adapt, or update them at any time.
Can I share tests with other instructors or teaching assistants?
The platform allows you to easily share your assessments with colleagues. You can also define access rights (view, edit, duplicate).
Can I set the number of attempts for different tests?
You can determine how many times a student can attempt a test, either once or multiple times, depending on your needs. The settings are customizable for each assessment.
Do my students need to create an account to access the tests?
No, that’s optional. You can either send a direct access link or use an authentication system for more detailed tracking.
Does the platform work on all devices (computer, tablet, mobile)?
Competency Weaver is fully online and optimized for different devices, so students can complete their tests from anywhere.
Do I receive my students’ results?
Absolutely. You have access to a dashboard that consolidates results, attempts, and student progress, allowing you to track performance in real time.
Can I see the number of attempts per student?
The system automatically records every attempt and provides a detailed report with the score and completion date.
Can results be exported (Excel, PDF, CSV)?
Yes. Data can be exported for integration into your Learning Management System (LMS) or for administrative follow-up.
