Emmanuelle Erny is a passionate educator, bilingual speaker and facilitator, and published author recognized for her creative leadership in educational innovation.
With over 20 years of experience in pedagogy and andragogy, she has led the design and development of training programs across multiple delivery modes— in-person, online, and hybrid— as well as serious games and multimedia learning environments. A strategic educational leader, she supports program teams in adopting active, authentic, and learner-centered approaches.
As Chief Learning Officer at Competency Weaver.ai, she co-designed the architecture of the Generative CBE Engine, a system that enables the creation of AI-driven, competency-based learning solutions. This engine empowers institutions and organizations to recognize prior learning, accelerate skills validation, and design personalized, equitable, and transparent learning journeys. She firmly believes that technological innovation only has meaning when it serves people.
